I found the staff cute. The room was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful and comfortable! The location is peaceful being a little outside of the city centre. Breakfast was fantastic.

Solid Stay Near Micklegate
convenient location short walk nicely done room
This hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to Micklegate and has just a short walk to the town center. I saw many restaurants nearby. The room I stayed in was large and nicely done.
The receptionist, Christina was unfriendly. She also was not helpful when I asked about a charge on the bill. Her attitude was quite rude. The service was disappointing.

smooth check-in complimentary water comfortable bed
My stay began with a smooth check-in. The room had complimentary water replenished each day. The bed was large and very comfortable. I had an excellent sleep each night. I appreciated the free parking available behind the building, it was very convenient.
The room I stayed in smelled like stale smoke. This was a significant issue .

friendly staff convenient location ample parking bathroom quality extra charge restaurant treatment
The staff were friendly. I was pleased with the convenient location. The hotel also had ample parking available which was GREAT.
I found that the bathroom was below expectations. The treatment in the restaurant was questionable. I asked for fries instead of potatoes with the main course and was charged an extra six euros.

The room was decorated beautifully! it was very clean and provided great facilities. I especially loved the nespresso machine. breakfast was delicious. It had a wonderful selection.
